Concession- Operation rules

Description

Cabo San Lucas, is a paradisiacal corner in the south end of Baja California´s peninsula, where the desert and the sea come together to form an amazing landscape, different from any other seen in Mexico. Nowadays, Los Cabos is one of the most prestigious beach destinations of the planet. Besides being the international Mecca of deep-sea fishing, an excellent place for people who love aquatic sports, a vacation resort characterized by the luxury and superb service its hotels and spas offer, and if this weren't enough, Los Cabos is the best Golf destination in Mexico. Cabo San Lucas is a community fully dedicated to tourism that divides its activities between aquatic sports and the endless party of restaurants and discotheques filled with a very youthful atmosphere. At Los Cabos´ port, you can charter a boat excursion to take you to the famous Arch of Rock, located in the extreme point of the peninsula, which for its beauty has turned into the symbol of Los Cabos.

The Arch of Cabo San Lucas, also known as Finisterra or "the End of the World", is a rocky formation that nature has sculpted patiently throughout the centuries. A colony of marine wolves lives around the Arch. They can be seen laying around under the sun, on the capricious rocky formations. In the surrounding areas, you can also find the famous Beach of Love and the Pelican Rock. For expert divers, the seabed offers a spectacle that cannot be matched, with the underwater sand falls that take place in a submarine cannon, apart from the colonies of corals and numerous kinds of fish. Navigators of the 16th century thought that La Baja was an island. It is thought that in several million years, it will be an island. Since the Mar of Cortez was formed, 4.5 million years ago, Baja has moved about 1,040 miles south, due to a series of tectonic movements originated by the Faults of San Andres. In the past, pirates used to hide inside some of the caves of Los Cabos, particularly in the Bay of Santa Maria, to wait for the Spanish galleons to pass through. Nowadays, this zone is preferred by tourists who look for an excellent climate and beautiful landscapes.

By land Cabo San Lucas is located from La Paz at 113 miles capital of the state of Baja California Sur, and a 27 mile ride from the airport.
